Such a great company, easy communication, happy to assist with my requirements of the unicorn print on the bouncy castle. Gave clear instructions and responded back quickly when I emailed. Kids loved the bouncy castle and football penalty shoot out. Thanks again. Would highly recommend!

We recently hired Bouncy Boss for my daughter’s birthday party and I couldn’t be happier with the service! We rented the Disco Fun Run, some wiggle cars, and a small bouncy castle. I orderdd the wiggle cars very last minute and they were able to accommodate my request. The equipment was clean, bright, and in great condition. The kids had an amazing time and didn’t want the party to end! The team at Bouncy Boss were professional, friendly, and set everything up smoothly and on time. Communication was great from start to finish, and they made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend them and will be booking again for future parties! Thank you for making the day so special!

Very pleased with the excellent service from Bouncy Boss! Great communication and great prices. We’ve recommended to friends already and will definitely be using Bouncy Boss for our kids future parties! We hired the princess castle with slide, unicorn ball pit and Didi cars for my daughter’s 1st birthday. The kids loved it 😊

Bouncy boss provided 2 bouncy castles for my sons birthday party. The customer service was amazing from my 1st contact to collecting the castles at the end of the party. They arrived promptly and collected on agreed time. The castles were clean and well maintained and they came with safety mats. They were so good that another parent booked them during our party.

The booking process was very easy and provided us with all the information we needed. A day before the event, I emailed Bouncy Boss to ask if they’d used our venue before to put my mind at rest that it would all go smoothly and they were so kind and reassuring, which really meant a lot. On the day itself, they arrived at exactly the right time and had it all set up very quickly and very easily so we could focus on everything else. We hired the fun run, which the children absolutely loved and kept them entertained for the whole party. Then they came to collect at exactly the right time and took it all away quickly and carefully. I was so pleased with the whole experience, which was friendly and professional throughout. Google review - I can wholeheartedly recommend Bouncy Boss. We were hosting (in our garden) an outdoor birthday party at the end of March and we were still able to book.

Booking was super easy and communication was excellent. They were super professional on the day, very detail oriented and it couldn't have been more of a success with both kids and grown-ups!

Safety was taken very seriously and we were left with a wind measurement device to ensure that we were okay to use the bouncy castle.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bouncy Boss and I'd definitely use them again!

Google review - We used Bouncy Boss for our 4 year olds birthday party, and used one of the halls recommended on their website. We took advantage of a flash sale price which they do on certain products periodically (keep an eye on their social media and website). The ball park was fantastic, and the children all really enjoyed themselves. We also had the Didi Cars which were an absolute hit. Children were constantly queuing up to have a turn, and in hindsight we would have got more of the cars - we had 4 between 15 children, we probably could have had 8 constantly used. The communication was excellent, they were on time for delivery and pick up and we would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!

I hired a bouncy castle from bouncy boss for my sons 1st birthday it was short notice and thankfully they had availability, customer service was outstanding cannot fault it the set up took less than 10 mins and the kids loved it they was on time for set up and being on a schedule this was amazing, also to add they disinfect and clean the bouncy castle prior set up and during pick up for the bouncy castle. they allowed us time to sort things out before putting it down this made me feel at ease as I didn't feel rushed 10/10 from me I will now never go to another bouncy castle hire company other than bouncy boss highly recommend.
