About Us - Bouncy Boss

The idea behind Bouncy Boss had been discussed for years and it was only whilst over a family dinner and discussing the idea with the kids when our 7 year old said "why don't we just start the business, we can make so many people happy". It was this comment that started the ball rolling and really gave us the drive, the business name was brainstormed by both of the kids and the rest is history. We want to build a reliable brand you can trust with the following mission, vision and values.

Bouncy Boss is a family-owned and operated business based in Warlingham, providing bouncy castles and soft play equipment to families and communities in Croydon, Sanderstead, Caterham, Oxted and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide safe, fun, and memorable experiences to children of all ages.

Although Bouncy Boss was established in 2022 we have years of experience in the entertainment industry and we are committed to providing the highest quality equipment and service to our customers. We understand the importance of making memories that last a lifetime and we strive to bring joy and excitement to every event.

At Bouncy Boss, safety is our top priority. All of our equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure that it is in top condition for each and every event. We also provide all the necessary safety equipment, such as blowers, ground covers, and stakes, to ensure that our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience. We have a public liability policy that covers up to £10 Million which we are more than happy to provide to your venue upon request!

In addition to bouncy castles and soft play equipment, we also offer a variety of packages and party extras, including bubble machines, speakers, didi cars and giant party games like connect 4, to make your event complete. Our team is dedicated to helping you plan your event from start to finish, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the fun.

We are based in Warlingham and offer a range of bouncy castles, Soft Play and packages.

We offer free delivery, set up, and collection. Check here to see if we cover your area.

If your area is not mentioned here please still get in touch it may be that a small fee is incurred to cover the additional mileage and time out of delivery areas. We have compiled a list of Venues within our delivery area to make it easier for you as the customer, including telephone number, email addresses and websites.
